Winter Weather News:
Winter weather has arrived on the North Shore and that brings the inevitable question...how do I know if swim team practice has been cancelled?
The policy of the Competitive Aquatics Office is that if the Y is open, practice will be held. We will post closures to the YNS Sharks Website (in the Masters link), the YMCA of the Northshore website (branch information page) and send an email to swimmers and coaches as soon as the information becomes available to our office.

Congratulations to YNS Swimmers Colleen McCormack and Emily Needham being named to the 2008 - 2009 USA Swimming Girls Scholastic All-American Team
The Scholastic All-American program is open to all 10th - 12th grade USA Swimming members who earn a 3.5 GPA or better and achieve a Junior National Bonus Time Standard. The program begins each July 1st and continues through June 30th of the following year.
